Cooking Day Out!

Last night I went to buy Pisang Emas because I thought I wanna make my boyfriend's favourite kuih - Cekodok Pisang. hehe~ But.. I never make one before. :< Then I google out the recipe from other people blog. As a result, I manage to make it. Nice!

My sis and I went out to Giant to find groceries. We planned to make cake and Kuey Teow KungFu today!
Yahuuu~ KTKF has been my favs all this while but never try to cook myself at home. I google out again and 'Jyeahhh' Alhamdulillah my family love it!

Right after I made KTKF, my sis and I made marble brownies. At first we wanna make cake, and it turns out to be brownies instead. LOL. Guys, enjoy all the pictures.

Get Back to Reality
I'm Back! Well, I leave this page for quite sometime because I cannot divide my time well with Facebook, Twitter and the Blog. Now, I'm thinking of update this page from time to time just to share my wonderful experience with the readers.

The sweetest thing to say to your girlfriend
Every week, every day, every hour, every minute – we should love each other and be thankful for being loved. And the first step to improving your life is to say something sweet for your girlfriend. What was the last sweet thing you told for your girlfriend? Did you make her smile or feel loved?
1) If you'll ever see your girlfriend crying (assuming, that she is not crying because you made her), hug her warmly and whisper: I'll be there for you… Always. She will not only be happy, but for a moment she will feel safe. Once again, you have taken one more step to be her hero.

3) I understand that girlfriend are funny creatures and sometimes they just need to hear something sweet (even if it doesn't make a lot of sense). But what if you cannot come up with something sweet? Make something, come up with anything, just start talking.gladly tell it to your girlfriend. Honey, I can't say how much I love you, because it would be so sweet I would turn into a lemon. Does it make sense? Well… it doesn't have to. Your girlfriend seeks your attention and she will even let some of the words pass through without digging deeper into the meaning of it. Just tell something sweet to her today.
4) Is there a better way of telling your girlfriend, that she is really beautiful, then using these words: If I were blind, within my heart I could still see the beauty that is you? Well… it might sound cheezy, but just try it. Next time, you'll take your loved one to a date, use this phrase. Let her be the princess of the night…

Imagine the event started at 7.00, but I and my friends were still at home tengah bersiap?? Haha. My friends and I get ready at Ade's house. The one who help us with make up was Agus.. Thanx Agus. We all sangat cantek mlm tu.. thanx a lot J . Luckily when we had arrived around 8.30 pm, the event hadn't start yet. Fuh~
Anyway, the dinner was fun. The food was good =) I ate a lot ok? Hehe.. It was fun not because of the itinerary of the event, but it was because of my classmates that make the night havoc and enjoyable. All my friends were so beautiful, stunning and handsome that night tau. Everybody was put on their very best dress and clothes to match with the theme. Caya lah. I noticed that only us, students from hotel managements and few of my friends that I know well from other courses yang over stunning match with the theme. The rest was beautiful (of course) but simple. I don't know, maybe they imagine that the dinner that conducted by the faculty is not that grand and moreover dekan and lecturers also will be there, so we can't dress to the max, maybe.. heee.. But for us, especially hotel students from Penang, we had been to this kind of dinner previously and the event was far enjoyable and havoc than this mpg dinner. Don't get me wrong, it was because all the lecturers were so sporting! Like hell ok? Hahaa.. I can't barely tell the right words to describe how sporting they were.
FYI, lecturers were the one who performed for the students that night! Just Imagine guys.. and you know what happen to the rest of students? Everybody was dancing like they were in the club, enjoy listening to the performance. Haha. Some more, at the end of the dinner, the lecturer informed the students that 'the dance floor is yours'!! =) But for this time, there was no dance floor. Somehow, I like the slot when they informed MR GLITTER and MRS ROSES.. the event organizer selected the best 10 girls and boys to catwalk from the door until the stage on the red carpets. That time, the flashes of cameras were everywhere! The best thing was, most of my friends who been chosen. I told you earlier how stunning my friends were right? Hehe.. Guess who won? The sweetest couple for the night, Eera and Syah! Hehe.. I sangat suka ok. They deserved it. Both were so shiny with the sequent dress and blazer. Hehe.. ^_^ The dinner end about 11.30 pm. After that, everyone sibuk ambil pictures sebagai kenangan ... heee end.. enjoy pictures friends :)

Wedding planner as a part time job?
Have you ever crossed in mind to be a planner for people's wedding? Well, I never thought of it before but I remember that my sis's had dreamt about being it one day.
I mean yes sure I love to see people's wedding full of enchanted decorations with soft pastel color, yellow lighting that lighten the bride and the broom on the throne's stage and full of my sweet lilac or rose flowers everywhere.Wow.
That's so sweet and moreover I cant stand my eyes seeing beautiful craftworks of dowries..- That's what the most important things in completing a beautiful wedding you know.
But, being a wedding planner is not a simple job since you have to put all your efforts in making the event happened and successful. Aha and yet make sure everyone is happy at the end of the day. *wink*
You must be brainy in identifying the right things to buy, at the right place with the right price and at the right time. Every dollars and time counts ok.
Well, honestly I dont have any experience in helping with a wedding planning as I never get involved with one before although I had attended few of my relatives wedding previously.Errr.. I just came to eat and help a little - setakat angkat pinggan, sebuk2 kat pengantin biaser la. heee =)
I am not intended to be serious in this field. To make a story, I am now helping my boyfriend's sister wedding.. Dont get me wrong I am not the one who incharge of everything, of course my boyfy's mother will be the one who manage every single detail of the wedding. And I just come out accidentally to help out his mother with Wedding cake,dowry's cuppies and chocolates.. =)
Being as the one who is not a part of the relatives, this responsibility is like an honor for me. His mother trust me in giving the best for her daughter coming wedding.
Hmm.. A wedding cake?? What do you say? Where's the best place to order at? What type of cake of the bride's choice? Color, decoration? Buttercream, freshcream or fondant?
All questions must be match with the budget.. Hmm, susah gak ni.. And this is the challenge I am facing at the moment. heee..
To tell you the truth, this event is totally different from my previous types of event. I love to try new things and experience new challenge. I have gotta try this. hee..

One more thing, at the moment for me 'contacts' are important, as I have few more weddings to help out in future..- my old time bestie's wed and my other three sweet cousins wed to go.. heeee..
Sounds perfect to make this as a part time job@ wedding planner right? hehe..

Grand 1st Reunion for Ex-Hoteliers Penang
Our very first reunion for Diploma in Hotel Management students; batch July 05 – April 08.
- Venue: Block A, Sri Alam Condominium, KGSAAS Club Golf, Shah Alam
- Time : 5.00 pm – 10.00 pm
Alhamdulillah, the event went smoothly. Almost 30 pax attended the party. This reunion was held purposely to pay back our promise to have a 'makan makan' with Sensei Aiza as well as for getting everyone to gather and meet each other again after 2 years of our very last BBQ event during Part6 back in Penang.Even though some of us didn't make it to come, it still can be proud of that majority of us were there that night. Imagine after since 2 years, Some of us went study for degree and some went to work and we hardly meet each other personally. but yesterday, was like a big day for all of us.
Thanx for coming guys =) I know you guys are such supported friends and never let others feel down whenever event are held for US!
However, the activities were delayed due to few friends who came late and the foods did not arrived on time as planned. Therefore the time for games had to be kept short, since everyone cannot wait to get into swimming pool before it's closed at 10.00 pm sharp. Oh ya, the foods were great. The menu was simple but yet tasty and enough for everyone to enjoy eating! Thanx to Meor and Agus for cooking for all of us! =)
I hope this very first reunion will be a stepping stone for the next event. So, whoever in charge for the next event, try to improve the management and make it much more interesting than this.

Assignment- Visit Sepang Gold Coast
Best Best! We visited Sepang Gold Coast at Bagan Lalang yesterday. Not for enjoy, but purposely for assignment. huhu~
Even we all 'selamba terjah' SGC yesterday, but the management gave full cooperation to us. *million thanks =)*
The Sales Manager, En Syed Rezanudean helped us in answering few questions during an interview session. Later, he took us to take a look
the villas. It's not ordinary villa ok? It's a floating villa maa...~ hehe. They are still in construction but they are going to have a soft open ceremony in this coming April.
Sounds fun right? Uniquely, we rode on a golf buggy to the site area.. hehe.. bangga semua tengok! Hehe.. Here are few pictures that we took there. *Wink*

My Boyfriend’s Birthday
Last time I had post a blog bout my boyfy's birthday. But the next day when I upgraded my blog's layout, the post was missing.
Duh~ But now I still want to share about his b'day party! Hehe. His birthday was on 19th February. Previously we used to celebrate it together alone.
But this time is quite new and special because I celebrated the b'day party with his whole big family. *wink*
Uniquely (haha), I volunteered cooking that night. Haha. But I cooked simple foods only – like Fusion Spaghetti and fried macaroni.
That was my first time, helping his mother in her kitchen. *sweet isn't it? haha* Luckily everybody was delighted with the foods that night and I was feeling much happy.
J Wondering what I gave him for his b'day present? This time, nothing really special but enough to say something that can make him remember me when he wears them
-Shirt and sunglass. Hee~ Overall, the party was interesting and I hope next time I can celebrate his birthday again for the third time. :) (counting years)

Ok, I know its been a month since classes has begun for this final term. (what? final term?? damn! =$) I have about 4 months left to struggling with books. haha. then, I'm done! My Bachelor in Hotel Management will be finally completed! yeahh~
Aha..No.. don't be so happy yet~ I'm afraid that it will not ended beautifully like I've dreaming of. I'm so terrified if my CGPA will drop down to 3.0 or lower.. =( I wish to complete my study with at least 3.5.. (but I dont think it's gonna work)Based on my previous results, I was only managed to get around 3.* only. (That's so sad of you Ernie =p) Unless, If I focus very2 much in my current study, I will probably managed to excel in exam this time.
But, Its not EASY though.. I've found that a lot of challenges that forbidden from studying hard. One of them is Myself! Haha.. OOhh Yes! ME! I am very lazy. I'm lazy to do work during my free time. I think free time is the time for me to lay back and relax. Yeah, if I am free for the whole day, I prefer to stay at home, watching tv, Facebook, You tube and do nothing. Yeah, that was so me. Although, I know I have plenty of assignments that are waiting on my desk, and Thesis that must be submitted on time in coming few days.
Secondly, I'm a person who is fashionably late in everything I do (Not all but always) I'm very weak in managing time. I don't know why. I think it already in my blood! haha! I always think that time can always wait for me. But I was wrong. I let people waiting for me and sometimes the end results give no satisfaction to me and bla bla bla.
Ohhh..man, If only I can change all my bad habits and make everything turns out good.. =( Later and sooner, I will be much more happy than I am today because I'll be able to do every task on time without the rush.. Hmm.. Is there anyone who can motivates me? I'm happy to listen to you. It will be much helping for me you know.. =) If I succeed, it will be your success too.. ~

Crazy bout superbikes!
Superbikes??! AM I FOR REAL?
Well yes dear.. Im crazy bout superbikes nowadays even I dont know how to ride a bike though. Hee.. :p Maybe I can blame this into my boyfriend, because he's the one who started put me into this thing. He tells me everyday about his dream of having this superbikes at home. (Hope you'll have one someday, dear!:))
Well, at first I dont get it, how bikes can influence you soo much.. After few survey and visits at few bikes Store st WELLY's, now Im the one who get stuck on it! :) There are alot of cool bikes from 250cc-1200cc with a superb designs. The price? It covers from a price of a unit of Kancil car until a unit of Vios. It cost a lot, but Im sure it gives alot of satisfaction and value to the rider.
I looove it so much! Gals, I think this is time for us to open our eyes on this invention. Im sure you're gonna love em soo much too! :D

Quiz day! Well, I cannot run from it because its a part of students' life and I should already get used to it. Its only a Hospitality Economy quiz which take only an hour to do it. Hopefully the quiz is simple and easy. I only have less than 8 hours from now.. because the quiz started at 8.30 am.. cannot be late. Enough for now Ernie! get back to read!.. Gudluck my dear friends as well.. :)
